Pulled Pork Breakfast Sandwich

1 tbs Coconut oil

1/4 Red onion

3 oz Pulled pork

2 tsp Fennel seed

1 Egg

2 slices Sourdough bread

2 tsp Pink salt

2 tbs Black pepper

In small skillet, melt coconut oil.

Add in and sauté diced onion to soften slightly 2 to 3 minutes.

Add pre-cooked pulled pork and fennel.

Once meat starts to brown, remove, then crack egg and fry to liking.

While egg is cooking, toast bread.

Assemble sandwich.
