1 tbs Coconut oil
1/4 Red onion
3 oz Pulled pork
2 tsp Fennel seed
2 slices Sourdough bread
2 tsp Pink salt
2 tbs Black pepper
1 In small skillet, melt coconut oil.
2 Add in and sauté diced onion to soften slightly 2 to 3 minutes.
3 Add pre-cooked pulled pork and fennel.
4 Once meat starts to brown, remove, then crack egg and fry to liking.
5 While egg is cooking, toast bread.
6 Assemble sandwich.
