This vegan breakfast bowl is sure to keep you full and energized for whatever the morning holds in store for you! It has just the right combo of starch, carbs, fat and flavor — both sweet and savory.
- 1 lg Baked sweet potato
- 1 Banana
- 1 Apple
- Ground cinnamon
- Choice of raw nuts
- Peel sweet potato and cut into bite-sized chunks.
- 2.Peel and slice the banana.
- Core and chop the apple. Divide between both bowls and sprinkle with cinnamon and choice of nuts.
