Korean Beef Salad

This recipe may look intimidating with so many ingredients, but it’s a quick and easy meal that takes just 30 minutes. The flavored beef, spicy mayo and crunchy veggies give it layers of flavor. Tip: Place your cucumbers in a bowl with a bit of apple cider vinegar and marinate 20 minutes before serving. The pickled cucumber adds another layer of flavor.
