WHAT I CALL SLAW:
2 lg Carrots
1 Cucumber
2 tbs Rice vinegar
1 tbs Coconut aminos
1 tbs Sesame Seeds
1 Shred carrots and cucumber (for that slawlike look and feel).
2 Mix in large glass bowl with rice vinegar and coconut aminos.
3 Toss well, mixing in sesame seeds and let set for 10 to 15 minutes.
SPICY SHRIMP:
5 oz Uncooked Shrimp
1 tbs Coconut Oil
1 tbs Red pepper, crushed
1/2 tbs Ginger, ground
1 tbs Soy sauce
Roasted seaweed to garnish
1 Heat skillet to medium high; add coconut oil and raw shrimp.
2 Sprinkle ginger and red pepper on top, then cook for approximately 8 minutes, until done.
