Cheese & Salami Frittata Muffins

These savory little bites of eggy goodness are great for a quick breakfast, an extra boost at lunch or even atop some mixed greens as a side piece for dinner. Peas are their secret health-boosting ingredient, carrying vitamins A, B, C and E, zinc and additional antioxidants. These nutrients can reduce inflammation and boost your immunity.
